Mostly SaaS and subscription businesses, lead generation and ecommerce, usually somewhere between $2M and $50M in revenue. The common thread is a path from first visit to revenue that can be measured and improved.
Can you work alongside our agency or internal team?
Yes. Most of my work happens alongside an existing team or agency. I can review what's in place, help set priorities and work with the people running the day-to-day.
Do you implement recommendations?
Often, yes. Depending on the project, I can build reporting, lead scoring, routing, AI workflows and tests myself, or work with your team while they do.
Do you offer one-off projects and ongoing support?
Both. Some engagements are a focused review or project with a clear end. Others are ongoing advice or hands-on support over a few months.
