About

Not Your Typical Growth Strategist

I’m a revenue and marketing operator with 15+ years of experience across agencies, SaaS, paid media, SEO, CRO, and content systems. Today, I lead revenue at Moz, where my work spans growth, lifecycle, acquisition, conversion, pricing, and strategic intiatives.

I’m not here to sell mystical funnel secrets or dress up obvious problems in prettier dashboards. I help teams figure out what’s actually broken, what is worth fixing, and how to turn marketing activity into measurable revenue.

Also: heavy metal, hockey, whisky, and the occasional deeply unnecessary opinion.

Consulting

The systems I'm usually helping teams clean up.

Strategy, diagnostics, and execution support for teams that need a clearer acquisition engine, better conversion math, and less noise.

Revenue Growth Diagnostics

Funnel, acquisition, pricing, activation, retention, and reporting audits for teams that need a clearer growth path.

SEO & AI Visibility Strategy

Organic search, content systems, technical SEO, entity visibility, and AI search readiness.

Paid Acquisition & Funnel Strategy

Media efficiency, CAC/payback thinking, landing pages, offer testing, and conversion economics.

CRO & Lifecycle Optimization

Trial flows, onboarding, checkout, retention, email journeys, and self-serve revenue cleanup.

AI Systems Implementation

Workflow audits, prompt/process libraries, lightweight agents, SOPs, QA loops, and team enablement.

Operating Style

Problems I'm usually pulled into

The work usually starts with a messy signal somewhere in the machine, then turns into diagnosing what matters and removing the friction.

Acquisition is getting expensive, but no one can explain what’s working.

SEO and content are producing activity, but not enough pipeline or revenue signal.

Landing pages, trials, or checkout flows are leaking otherwise good demand.

Analytics are messy enough that every meeting starts with a data debate.

AI is everywhere in the team, but not yet inside a useful operating system.

Featured Writing

The Builder’s AI Roundup: February 2026

February has made one thing painfully clear: early adopters are leaving the “chat with a copilot” era behind and stepping into the “manage a fleet of agents” era. If you build software or are responsible for growing revenue, the pattern is the same: execution is getting abstracted away. The differentiator is shifting to workflow engineering:...
